Our July 24th Wedding

I thought I'd kick off the blog with a post of my own wedding.
Logan's orange scout inspired the color scheme for our wedding. It was a fun challenge to find flowers and items to go with his classic car. Below are some of the ways that we incorporated the colors into the big day.
The umbrellas were from Luna Bazaar.

The Grant Humphreys Mansion gave us the perfect mixture of elegance and comfort. Even though our wedding was on the hottest day of the year, once the sun set, it was a perfect summer night. I love the shot of all of our guests on the front lawn.

I will never forget the sweet and jazzy sounds of the Danny Showers band playing as we mingled and ate.
For table numbers, I took pictures of all of the parks in Denver.

I love the way this birdcage and the orchids welcomed guests. This gift closet was right next to the mansion's front entrance. Instead of just a regular money/card box, I think the cage adds so much more to the space. P.S. scouring the city for aqua colored vases was totally worth it!

Have I mentioned how much I loved my flowers? Nicole from Kissler's Designs did an amazing job. And the best part was how nice she was to me even when I was totally confused and crazy. Love her!
Logan literally swept me off my feet that day.

All of the amazing photographs are courtesy of Robert Linn Photography.
